One place to start might be Form Your Own Corporation by J.W. Dicks, Esq. They probably have a copy at your local library. Other books on starting your own business will probably address this, too. I like the Rich Dad Poor Dad series by Robert Kyosaki, but they are more about the mindset of business than the nuts-and-bolts.
