Getting to the root of the problem.

After discovering that pulling out the root-ball from my laundry drain actually made the problem WORSE, I went to the Home Despot and got 4 pounds of Zep Root Kill. Several floods and clean-ups later, it's now been pushed down the pipe where it will supposedly kill the roots in one month.

In the meantime, I'm draining the washer into my shower.

My house is now a plumbing ghetto.
