Puggle Refuses to Eat Owner's Cooking
Jun. 13th, 2008 03:10 pmSo there was this big, fat roach in my house. I managed to wing it with something heavy, so it couldn't really get away, but I didn't want to pick it up. Louie, my puggle, is the solution to many of my biological disposal needs, and I didn't see why this should be any different. After calling his attention to the still twitching roach, however, he didn't seem interested. Amazed that he was passing *any* opportunity to ingest something, well, *organic*, I decided that maybe it needed some garnish to whet the palette! I retrieved the honey, dribbled on a few drops, then called him back over.
He *still* wouldn't eat it!
Eventually I had to pick it up with a paper towel, honey and all, and throw it away.
