Good News and Bad News...

errantemberThe Good News is that I finally managed to snake something large and hairy out of my laundry drain. I'm running my first post-hairball load now to see if it was enough.
The Bad News is that the "hairball" was clearly made up mostly of some kind of plant roots. I hope to God that it was simply a seed or small weed that got blown down the drain, and *not* some tree root that has grown through a hole in my drain pipe.
I've been getting more into home improvement and remodeling recently, but I don't think I'm ready for jackhammers yet...
