I went to a local LabTek location to get my blood drawn and pee in a cup. I showed up at my appointment time, told them the info had been faxed in (pre-paid online for $250) and got taken care of within 15 minutes. When I set up the appointment (requires a phonecall) you have the option of using whatever name you want. I'm supposed to get an e-mail from them on Friday or Monday telling me the results are available. The first discussion of results must happen on the phone, but after that you can get to the results online using the numeric ID they give you.
