Loki not "Doggy-Woggy."

I'm not sure I can explain why, but while Loki is definitely both Snuggley-Wuggley and Puppy-Wuppy, he's not Doggy-Woggy. My Mom's dearly departed sausage-fat mini-pin Cowboy was the poster-child for Doggy Woggy, and his picture appears in Webster's Dictionary alongside that term, but for some reason Loki doesn't qualify. I suspect that being Puppy-Wuppy and Doggy-Woggy may be mutually exclusive, since Doggy-Woggitude is largely derived from still maintaining puppy-like characteristics after growing into an adult dog, a state which Loki is still over 1000 potty breaks away from.

Only time will tell for sure.
