I'm having a garage sale tomorrow, February 28th from 9 AM to 4 PM. I'm moving from the Master Suite into the garage, and a huge amount of stuff that's no longer important to me needs to go! The address for the sale is:

I do have a full-sized futon that folds into a couch I'm selling for about $50.00.
