errantember...so I got this slick American Standard Connoisseur sink fixture to replace the one that came with the house several years ago. I *tried* to fix the original fixture, *oh* how I *tried*, but in the end it was easier to replace it. I got the new one for $20 at the Habitat Restore, which was a total steal, but after I installed it I realized that a little water would come out around the base when it was on.
It was on top, so nothing really got wet, the water just drained into the sink. It was just a trickle, but recently it had gotten worse. After re-centering myself by snuggling with puppies and listening to the The Power of Now
, I decide it was time to fix it. This wasn't my first attempt, but *this* time I managed to find the instructions online, take the fucker apart, ID the parts that needed replacing, and order them online. Soon, *SOON*, the leak will be gone!
