Master Cleanse Day 1 Summary

Drank my first bottle of lemonade from when I got up until 7 PM, then the next from then until midnight.
I juiced the large lemons in one of those clamshell hand juicers, which is a big pain in the ass, especially when you have cuts in your hands. Ouch! I got about 2.5 tablespoons of juice per large lemon this way. For most of the day I felt tired and unfocused, while slightly sugar-high. Overall it wasn't terrible, but it was harder to stay focused, and I kept making small mistakes.
At midnight, half way through Sin City, I chugged my salt purge, and, like clockwork, 45 minutes later I was running off to my appointment with the Great White God. I hung out on the toilet, having 3-4 movements, for about 40 minutes, just to be sure. After that it was easy to go to bed, because I was very tired. I managed to drink a little bit of water before bed to stave off hunger long enough to get to sleep.
Ironically, my roommate's brother arrived from Crockett today with enough fruit and vegetables to fill the entire 6-top kitchen table. :) Hopefully some of it will last longer than a week.
