Fish Meuniere with Browned Butter and Lime



Mostly from The New Best Recipe, but using tilapia from Randalls, lime instead of lemon, and chile pepper instead of black pepper.

Totally delicious. I can't wait to try it with actual, fresh fish from a real fish market instead of shrink-wrapped iffies from Randalls!

I am blessed!

Right at this moment, perhaps because of all the butter, I'm really feeling it.
