Fish Meuniere with Browned Butter and Lime



Mostly from The New Best Recipe, but using tilapia from Randalls, lime instead of lemon, and chile pepper instead of black pepper.

Totally delicious. I can't wait to try it with actual, fresh fish from a real fish market instead of shrink-wrapped iffies from Randalls!

That sounds like it would be really good with something like monkfish or shrimp. I might have to wander down to the ocean later and pick up some sea critters that were alive earlier today. ;)

I had a dream last night about enormous amounts of seafood being washed up on a beach somewhere. There were two octopii that were each about 6 feet across piled on top of each other, with a huge array of other fresh seafood all around them.

Living next to the ocean must rock! Except when hurricanes come.
