It's Going Away!

My Mom's old Mazda 626 has been a huge thorn in my side for over six years. For various reasons of repair, paperwork, paperwork, laziness, and paperwork, I haven't been able to get rid of it. A fair ad for it in a paper might begin:

"1995 Mazda 626, non-functional eyesore, rat feces levels in empty battery tray must be seen to be believed!"

Joseph helped me muscle it out from behind the fence where it's main purpose has been to 1) be In The Way and 2) allow Loki to hover mysteriously at the top of the fence to bark at passing pedestrians.

I just submitted the form to 91.7 KOOP to come and fucking get it! Soon it will be GONE! I will have to throw a PARTY!

It will be the Best Thing Ever.

I would have given it to KUT, but I hate their ultra-annoying vehicle donation program commercial so much I decided to give it to someone *else*, and then tell them why I did it.

Echo has created the Minor Miracle of No More Barking Dogs by building a makeshift fence that prevents the dogs from having access to the sidewalk. This also has prevented access to the car. By the time he gets over there again, he'll have forgotten it was ever there.

Definitely for the best. The car was very smooth (I called it Lozenge) and not a reliable skittering platform for an animal who's previous leg repair (for only one leg) cost $2200.
