Progress in Progress

My new vow this week was to take a load of shit to Goodwill every day. I will soon be living in a space approximately 1/6th the size of my current suite, and I need to dump a *lot* of shit to make it!
I've also made substantial progress on my first iPhone game. I've really gotten the flow of GameSalad down better, and can generally solve most major problems the same day. I've got a ship zipping around the screen, herding asteroids like a champ with a variety of technology. As a Seth Godin fan, I can't allow myself to slip my submission date of February 10th. I must and will ship!
Eventually my space in the garage will be competitive with that of the master suite, but it will take months if not years of work to get there, as it's currently divided into three rooms and a hallway. It's my plan to make it all back into one large suite with a sleeping loft. In the meantime, paring down is the way to go!
Like many Buddhist vows, this one should have been more vague. It would actually waste gas and time to go to Goodwill every day, since I can carry several days worth of sorting in a single load. I have made it into the sun room and the hot tub room (my two largest clutter clusters) every day for an hour or more, and I think I'm still on target to get the sun room vacated by the same deadline of February 10th. After than, we will begin the Great Bedroom Rotation, which will drastically decrease my available space and comfort, and slightly ease my financial situation.
