For future reference, when you see posts of mine with a title like "Oops," it might not be a bad idea to start hustling the kids into the bomb shelter. This is exactly what I would say if I accidently released some world-devastating bio-agent or pushed some button that would, after a short musical intermission, detonate the earth's crust. This time it's not quite that bad, but I still feel pretty stupid.

I'm pretty damn sensitive to caffeine, so I make it a priority to avoid it as much as possible. One cup of strong coffee can throw my sleep habits off for days. You know how, sometimes, when you're trying to avoid caffeine, but you forget when navigating through the five different options you need to order any decent espresso drink these days to include that little "decaffeinated" part? Well, I kind of did that.

Kind of did it with 40 pots of tea.

I was at Randalls enjoying the suprise and mystery of actually being able to find something I wanted there. They not only had Salada Green Tea, but they *also* had the decaffeinated kind. I grabbed the box that looked like the empty one I had at home while experiencing this realization. Reluctantly responding to vague internal alarm bells, I then realized the box I was looking at wasn't the same one I had in my hand. And that was because the box in my hand, holding a grand total of 40 teabags, wasn't decaffeinated.

Been kinda wondering why it's been such a challange to keep normal sleeping habits recently. :)

Yeah, gotta watch that. I had to be told that most root beer has caffiene. The kids have quieted down a bit since I found the non caffinated kind.....

Barqs is the only major root-beer I know of that has caffeine. Neither A&W or Mug has it, and I don't think IBC does, either, although on that one I could be wrong.
