Voice and webcam chat from PC -> Mac

My father, a Mac OS X user, wants to do webchat with voice to his brother, a PC user, in Germany. Yahoo Messenger doesn't support voice chat for Mac so far. I'm looking for recommendations for software that does this. In addition, it must be very simple, as my Dad is functioning at a "I can't figure out my iPod Shuffle" level of technical competence.

Ideas?
