Free ticket to Real Estate Conference

I just got an advertisement and free tickets to a Donald Trump-flavored real estate conference at the Austin Convention Center on Friday, March 10th. I have a goal to become financially independent through real estate investing in five years, and this will be one of the first steps beyond reading books I'm taking to accomplish that goal. I have one extra ticket, so if anyone on my list can be free from 8 AM - 5:30 PM on the 10th, please RSVP and I'll put you down. Topics covered incliude different ways to buy real-estate, how to save on current and future taxes, how to buy properties at a fraction of the market value, etc. I'm certain they're selling something, but the conference itself is free.

I go that same flyer/offer in my mail too. Yes, I'm sure they have something to sell. Nothing is for free. ;)

...in this case, I've already been told by several people that going to this sort of conference is a worthwhile experience, *and* they happen to be covering exactly the kind of material I'm currently interested in, so I'm willing to weather the pitch. One could also consider it sales training. :)
