spottedvasa and it worked! We had one initial misfire due to too big a wad of cotton, but after that everything went fine. I had seen several live demos of the technique before, and tried it on myself first with the gear I had. I'd like to get some slightly thicker cups, and I saw a nice set at White Crane today that might be worth the investment.
But only if people wanted to try it...

Date: 2009-10-07 01:50 pm (UTC)I've been wanting to try it...just afraid of the, you know, fire. But since you can spin fire in my face and I smile instead of fainting....this has possibilities.
I'm told it's very good for fibro sufferers. Hence the desire to get past the "omg, fire!" reaction and give it a shot. :P
