Finely crushed eggshells *totally* work, like Ajax, for scrubbing hard food stains off the stove, but without the chlorine stench. I'm *amazed* at how effective they are. Echo crushed a bunch before she left, and I had been ignoring them until now, but hot diggity damn are they effective!

I didn't realize the chickens were also producing scrubbing powder.

Go chickens!

And on a chicken note: my ladies just gave me a single egg two mornings in a row! they will settle in and get useful yet. :D
