Weekly Commitment Report, Week 2

As I've mentioned before, I'm taking some commitments this month in solidarity with
spottedvasa, who is in a Zen monastery for a month. She just completed her second week there, which was spent in total seclusion, with no access to phone, e-mail, etc. I'll be talking to her in a few hours to see how that went.
For my second week of commitments, I added to my "get up no later than 10 AM 6 days a week" three additional items.
1) Breathing Exercises in the morning
2) Meditate at least once a day
3) Dynamic Yoga before bed
So far I'm happy to report a nearly 100% hit rate! I had a sleepover date night where I skipped the yoga, but I got a similar exercise with my partner instead.
There has been a certain amount of cramming involved, in that I've done all three things right before bed at least once. However, as time goes on my spacing is getting better. I'm about to do my morning breathing exercises now.
For my third week, I'm making a decluttering commitment to take at least one load of stuff to Goodwill or a similar location every day. We're in the process of changing bedrooms here at the house, but to do it we need to clear out the sunroom, which I've been renting to one a friend as storage space, and which has become this massive feng-shui clutter turd. I have a goal to have the room completely cleared out by February 10th, and about 1/4 of the stuff in there is mine. I addition, the room where I do Burn event prep is also a wreck, and is part of the space I'll be giving up when I move into the garage.
