I ate a fucking *sandwich*!

It's the first fucking sandwich I've had in six months! I made it with soda bread I baked myself, *and* tomatoes from my own garden!

Now that The Heat is over, my tomatoes have been going crazy. In about a week, I'll reach that Critical Tomato Point where it becomes time to start foisting tomatoes on unsuspecting friends and neighbors.

Being forced to avoid yeast for someone like me is torture. I've had exactly one good meal with bread in the past 9 months, and I paid for it in the form of fever-like symptoms for at least one night. Not to mention the number it's doing on my immune system in the process. I am happy to report that the New Best Recipe has an entry for a few different types of soda bread, so it's time to jump back on the baking bandwagon and bake some up, possibly with some shortbread to round things out.

I was *sorely* tempted to write into the feedback for the online defensive driving course "ability to maintain consciousness dependent on the availability of 'Schoolboy Crush' video."

Hell, it worked! I got a 95% on the test, and am sufficiently horny to go practice my routine for the Erotic Carnival.

For years I've had various depressive symptoms, sleep complications, and general fatigue. In an effort to improve things, I decided, after much research, to explore food sensitivity testing. In addition to the symptoms I've had, food sensitivities can cause migraines, muscle aches, bowel problems, and a host of other crazy symptoms. I decided on the MRT test from Signet, which is expensive but currently the best thing going. The general idea is that many people have an immune reaction to foods that isn't allergic. There are three types of food problems. Allergies are what most people are familiar with. For instance, I'm allergic to peanuts. Food intolerances, like lactose or gluten intolerance, are situations where you body is actually genetically unable to properly digest something. The MRT test if for the last category, in which food substances trigger an incorrect immune reaction. This can sometimes happen hours or even days after the food is eaten, making it very difficult to detect. The test works by exposing blood to various foods and food additives (150 in all) and measuring the response.
